Where the Chemistry Happens

We are seeking a professional like you to beresponsible for the implementation of talent solutions within Catalysts (CC).As a member of the CC HR team, you will ensurethat the talent strategies (Performance management, Talent Reviews,Enterprise wide Initiatives, Leadership Development, New Leader Assimilations,Leadership Pipeline Development and D&I initiatives) developed by theCC Global Head of Talent Management and programs developed by the global COEsare delivered in an impactful, consistent and meaningful way throughout thedivision (globally). By partnering with the COEs and the HR and talent teams inother regions, you will be expected to provide insight into the impact of theprograms among the stakeholders, the collective understanding of the purposeand simplicity of objectives and finally the sustainability of the talentprograms within organization.

To achieve these goals, you will beresponsible for the talent portfolios for CC. You will also be responsible for the facilitation of the talent reviewsand performance calibration sessions and guidance of conversations to alignperformance initiatives and development to talent actions to help supportbusiness results. In addition, you will be responsible to ensure the uniqueorganization needs are meet within the various regional processes.

You will use your skills and education to:

  • Workindependently to complete project objectives and tasks, and also collaborate asnecessary across the organization with expert resources within a CoE andpotentially external consultants.
  • Identifyways to enhance the stakeholders knowledge, skillset, and process awareness tomake sure the expected benefits are achieved and sustained after the coretalent programs are completed.This mayinclude methodologies to measure the impacts, benefits and opportunity areasfor the project after execution.
  • Continuallyidentify opportunities to enhance the talent solutions portfolio to ensure itremains relevant and aligned with the needs of our stakeholders.This will require working collaborativelywith team members and colleagues across the HR function (e.g., COEs, regionalHR partners)
  • Detailed responsibilities by Talent Process:

    For each solution, the team member is responsiblefor (not exhaustive):

  • Owning delivery,cascade or facilitation from alignment and preparation to execution
  • Measuringeffectiveness of the application and solution sustainability
  • Ensuringtransparency of information for continuous improvement within the HR Community
  • Following theguidance of the CC Global Head of Talent Management and regional COEs todeliver process harmonization
  • Looking forprocess simplification and enhancements to improve the leader and/or employeeexperience
  • Making theconnection and articulating to managers the business case of any given solution
  • Assisting in thedevelopment of leader capabilities to engage in the talent discussions anddevelopment plans
  • TalentSolutions (Processes and Initiatives) that will be led by this role include:

    Performance Management

    Coordinate and manage the performance management process, ensuringclear communication to the organization, compliance, consistency andobjectivity.Provides leadership toensure performance review evaluations are administered fairly and effectively.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degreein Human Resources or related field preferred; minimum 5+ years of progressiveexperience in HR related field.
  • Strongunderstanding of HR processes, guidelines, policies and practices.
  • Must be highlyorganized and data driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong computerskills focused on: word, excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Visier, Success Factors,SharePoint, etc.
  • Projectmanagement experience/multi-project balancing experience
  • Facilitation andTraining expertise
  • Influencing andnegotiation skills including strategic prioritization among key stakeholders
  • Managerialcourage, Learning Agility, flexibility
  • Drive the key themesrelated to the talent strategy initiatives each year.
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency.Will be responsible for CCs talent strategy from inception to delivery.
