We are currently seeking a Software Developer/Integration Developer to work onsite with the National Institutes of Health in Phoenix, AZ. TASKS/SERVICES: The contractor shall: Conduct a gap analysis and prepare reports against functional and non-functional requirements. Determine whether or not a solution can be provided that will meet the need by a incorporating a third-party application or code for identified gaps. Test and document a third-party application or code to address identified gaps in core clinical trial management requirements. Conduct a technical evaluation of the client s applications. ? Determine if unsupported core requirements can be integrated into the application (programmatically, through 3rd party applications, code, etc.) ? Determine if the databases that supports REDCap (MySQL) and CTDB (Oracle) can be accessed by third-party applications or code, so that data can be read and possibly written to the database. Evaluate ability of databases to be accessed and written to by a third-party application or code. Test and document third-party application or code to access and update databases to meet core clinical trial management requirements. Prepare regular progress reports and notes from progress meetings. Generate written scripts and code. Design, code and maintain associated interfaces to open source software. REQUIRED: The contractor must have: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related discipline. Minimum of six (6) years of experience in software development or other related field. Experience with Windows, Mac or Linux. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Python, and web application development utilizing C#. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
