The role of the R&D Design Engineer is to design new products that customers need. This includes communicating with members in R&D group, converting ideas to the 3-D product design and making significant contributions so that R&D projects can be delivered on time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Contributes to complete R&D projects by assisting in such things as designing, conducting material/component research, completing documentation and creating embedded Bill of Materials
Effectively applies company methodology and adheres to project standards.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required; Master's degree preferred. Experience with 3-D mechanical design
