Perform post-sales telephone and on-site technical support for the US Service organization. Assist in handling installations, upgrades, testing, and/or maintenance on new or complex equipment. Provide guidance to Field Service Staff on function, usage, operation and repair of products. Possess excellent level of product knowledge. Serve as liaisons between the US organization and Guxhagen. Convey feedback to QA and engineering staff. The incumbent will also attend product service training in Guxhagen and act as the US trainer for the Bioprocess Service Team. Ensure applications question from customers or sales reps are routed appropriately. What you can look forward to accomplishing: Take ownership of technical issues, and work with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary. Resolving escalated field issues without the need for management intervention. Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
